1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all software products, websites, and services operated by Platform Online LLC, including but not limited to MyCounter.io and any future applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

When creating an account:

You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.

5. Services & Subscriptions

5.1 General

Platform Online provides cloud-based SaaS products that may include subscription billing, digital dashboards, analytics tools, or similar digital functionalities.

5.2 Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Billing periods may be monthly or yearly depending on your plan.
By subscribing, you authorize us (or Stripe) to charge your payment method.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically guarantee refunds, unless permitted by our Refund Policy.

6. Payments & Taxes

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Prices are displayed on our website.
Taxes (including U.S. sales tax or international VAT) may apply based on jurisdiction.
If Stripe Tax is enabled, tax is calculated automatically at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

You acknowledge that digital services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Services for unlawful activities
Attempt to breach or circumvent security mechanisms
Tamper with service availability (DDoS, bots, scraping, reverse engineering, etc.)
Upload malicious code
Use the Services in violation of export laws

We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide stable service, but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted uptime
Zero data loss
Perfect security
Fixes for all bugs

Outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, or other technical reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, content, and trademarks belong to Platform Online LLC. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services.

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the Services
Decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the software
Remove branding or copyright notices

11. Data & Privacy

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools such as:

Stripe
AWS
Google Cloud
Microsoft
Other analytics or SaaS providers

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Platform Online LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
Payment fails repeatedly
Required by law enforcement

You may also delete your account at any time.
