Refund & Cancellation Policy

Platform Online provides digital SaaS services. Because these services are delivered instantly, refunds are limited.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime:

Cancellations stop future billing.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be provided only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • System errors
  • Service remains completely unusable AND we are unable to resolve the issue

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Used subscription periods
  • Partial use
  • Customer mistakes
  • Change of mind

4. Chargebacks

If you request a dispute through your bank without contacting us first, Stripe may lock your account.

We recommend contacting us before escalating payment issues.
